Registration Guidelines
CNDCGS 2024 will be held as a hybrid event (both online and in presence).
For each accepted article, one of the co-authors must register and present the research results at the conference by poster or oral presentation. If the article is not registered and is not presented at the conference, it will not be included in the conference proceedings. Acknowledgment of registration will be sent after receiving your paper.
Participants who require a visa should register as early as possible to allow enough time to process the visa application. Please use the principal contact to obtain a registration certificate for your visa procedures.
Registration Fee
Given the current evolution of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and the uncertainty of the contemporary geopolitical situation, the CNDCGS 2024 Organization Committee has decided to provide two participation options: (1) attend the conference physically and (2) attend the conference remotely from your location. Please find below the registration options:
- The Early-Bird Registration fee for academics is 200 euros and includes access to all CNDCGS 2024 sessions and the publication of one (1) conference paper in the proceedings.
- The Early-Bird Registration fee for Students is 100 euros and includes access to all the CNDCGS 2024 sessions via the teleconferencing tool or in person and publication of one (1) conference paper in the proceedings.
- The Early-Bird Registration fee for participants from the Czech Republic can be paid also in crowns. In this case, the amount of the fee is CZK 5,000 for academics and CZK 2,500 for students.
- The In-time Registration fee for academics is 220 euros and for students is 120 euros and includes access to all CNDCGS 2024 sessions via the teleconferencing tool or in person and publication of one (1) conference paper in the proceedings.
- The CNDCGS 2024 conference fee covers:
- Attendance of all lectures and seminars;
- Attendance of the poster section;
- Conference materials – book of abstracts, conference proceedings in pdf form;
- Coffee breaks;
- 2x conference Lunch;
- Social events.

Your payment should be credited to our account no later than July 25, 2024. Please note that you are not completely registered for the conference until we have received the payment. You will be notified by e-mail when your payment will be received.
