The Proceedings

All accepted and presented papers will be published in CNDCGS 2024 Conference Proceeding book. The Proceeding will be submitted for indexing in IEEE Xplore® digital library, Clarivate Analytics Proceedings, SCOPUS, and Google Scholar databases.
The CNDCGS 2024 proceedings will be published Open Access and will be available at MAL journals’ website. Additionally, all published papers will be provided with a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) and the PDF of the article will be available for free download.

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Guidelines for Manuscripts

We welcome the submission of your paper abstract. Your text should describe your project in an extended abstract format of 500-1000 words including references. Please respect the word limit as longer abstracts will not be accepted. The abstract must be in fluent English as it will be reproduced exactly as submitted.
·  Title of the paper (Times New Roman 17, bold);
·  Correspondent Author’s name, surname institution, country, e-mail address (Times New Roman 13, bold);
·  Co-authors, institution, country, e-mail address (Times New Roman 8, Italic);
·  Introduction/methodology/theoretical approach;
·  Investigation Results /Findings;
·  Conclusions;
·  Acknowledgments (You must ensure that anyone named in the acknowledgments agrees to be named);
·  Keywords or keyphrases (up to 5 keywords or key phrases);
·  The abstract paper must be prepared following the “Abstract example CNDCGS-2024” and
·  Manuscript example CNDCGS-2024

CNDCGS 2024 STUDENT PAPER COMPETITION

Students are encouraged to submit papers to the CNDCGS 2024 Student Paper Competition. To qualify, papers must meet CNDCGS submission requirements and be submitted by the specified deadline. Each accepted paper should be presented by the primary author, who must be a registered student at CNDCGS 2024. Each student can participate with only one accepted paper. Submitted papers must be original, of high quality, not previously published, and should adhere to the specified format. All accepted papers will be included in the CNDCGS 2024 proceedings.

Policies

General Conditions

All papers take a process of review. The original research articles will be sent out for review. Reviewers are selected based on their experience of the subject matter of the article. Minimal two independent reviewers are invited to make a peer review.  The reviewer takes attention to the paper content, stylistic, and harmony with the template as well. 

Publisher complies with the Committee on Publication Ethics Guidelines for Peer Reviewers (https://publicationethics.org/files/Ethical_Guidelines_For_Peer_Reviewers_2.pdf) which provides a comprehensive guide to the ethics of peer review.

Each submission is checked for suitability when received by the editorial office and may be rejected without review if it is outside the scope of the journal, is obviously of insufficient quality, or is missing important sections.  

Reviews should be conducted objectively. There shall be no personal criticism of the author. Reviewers should express their views clearly with supporting arguments.  

Archive Access Policy

The presentations that make up the current and archived conferences on this site have been made open access and are freely available for viewing, for the benefit of authors and interested readers.

Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

Gutentor SimAll submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. All articles will be evaluated by at least two members of the Scientific Committee with respect to the topicality, originality, and general quality of the paper. After a double-blind revision process, all accepted full-length papers will be published in an ISSN Conference Proceedings and submitted for indexation in the scientific databases – Clarivate Analytics, EBSCO.
Papers should be authentic and original contributions and should have never been published before. Paper’s length – no more than 10 pages. The text of papers should be prepared in English by the Microsoft Windows text editor. One person can produce no more than two papers. The full paper must be prepared following the “Manuscript example CNDCGS-2022“.

All authors must sign the author’s guarantee form concerning work presented for publication before the paper can be published. Author’s guarantee form.

Presentation information

Plenary Sessions’ Description

The plenary sessions are 60-80 minutes long. There will be a focus on the presentation of special academic, social or industrial interest, and the most recent trends of challenges to national defence in contemporary geopolitical situations. All plenary sessions do not include presentation of scientific papers submitted to the conference, and the session agenda will be defined by the plenary session chair. The timeline of plenary sessions will be completed by the conference organisation committee. 

Instructions for Oral Session

The oral and poster presentations will be accepted at the conference. Each oral presentation should take about 10 minutes, with 3 minutes for questions and answers and about 2 minutes for change over. As a courtesy for presenters in the block, it is advisable to adhere to the time schedule. Every lecture hall will be equipped with a computer and a data projector. 

Instructions for Poster Session

If you have more than one paper accepted to the conference, you should prepare a poster for each additional paper. The poster must contain the paper title, authors’ names including affiliations, and paper content. Font size must be in reasonable values, the posters can be read from a distance. Poster Format: the presentation for poster sessions must be prepared following the “Poster Presentation.com” (1000 mm X 1000 mm).
The minimum size of the poster is A1 format (841 x 594 mm). Orientation — portrait. 

Posters will be presented to conference participants directly after key speakers’ oral presentations during the poster session.
